Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed as soon as payment is cleared. The cuttoff time is 3:00pm (GMT+10:00). Order processing time is 1-3 days (Mon-Fri).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We charge a flat rate of $35 to deliver Ezi Edging within Australia. Free shipping is available for orders more than $400. The delivery time is 3-5 days. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur. We use multiple transport companies to ensure the fastest delivery service.

We use the following shipping parties:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
Greenlines Gardenware is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

This return policy is valid for the countries: AUSTRALIA

You have the right to return 30 days after the arrival of your order.

The products can easily be returned.

The actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies both in the case of dissatisfied products as well as a deffect received product.

With most packages the return labels are in the box, if this is not the case send us an email at sales@greenlines.com.au and we will send them digitally. You can then print them and add them in the return package.

Note: only products in NEW* condition can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use.
*New = These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.

Once we have received and verified your return, you will have your refund within 10 business days using the payment method you used when ordering.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.

We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, this is subject to availability of course*. Simply return the product in its original condition including original packing within 30 working days from the date you received the order.

Please contact us directly on 03 8720 6200 (Mon-Fri 7am to 4:30pm EST time) or email us at sales@greenlines.com.au prior to returning your goods for exchange or return.
Exchange requests will only be dispatched when the goods have been returned in good order.
