  • While simple in design FormBoss is specially manufactured for best strength, durability and shaping ability.
  • Some installations do not need stakes, (contact us if unsure) 1 connector per length recommended. Offcuts of the FormBoss edging can also be used for connecting.
  • For best results, allow a minimum of 20% of the width of the edge to sit beneath the surface

By alternatively using wooden stakes to anchore and connect edging,
you can achieve the main benifits of the FormBoss edging yet reduce cost by about 30%.
However there is a compremis that depending on the quality the wooden stakes they maybe less durable thanthe recommended FormBoss tapered stakes and smart connectors and will almost certainly be more visible.
